What genes are associated with Fluorquinolone resistance of Mycobactaria tuberculosis beyond Gyrases A and B?

My data (WGS alignment and variant call computations) show that both clinically resistant and sensitive to Ofloxacin have almost the same DNA gyrase mutations in several reference positions (97%). GyrB occurs only in clinically resistant to Oflo therapy, however, cases are few (only 3 from 80). Need to know what more genes are considered to be responsible for Fluorquinolone resistance.

I am on the way of developing personalized decision and prescription system based on genomics data...

But you do realise that your question is very specific and it's not bioinformatics related?

You should to try rephrase your question into something like this:

"How can I computationally get a list of genes in organism A, that are responsible for the metabolic pathway B? Any database I can check?"
