Finding orthologs between genome error

Hello,

I downloaded data from OMA browser export all/all data between mouse and Ornithorhynchus anatinus trying find orthologos genes between genome while running stand alone option getting a error can anyone please help me to resolve the issue

Error, (in LoadSpliceMap) syntax error

Hi,

thanks for letting us know. In a recent software update, we introduced a problem with the written splice information in the cached database. I've fixed this now, so if you export the genomes again, it should be fixed. If you still have problems, please let us know.
