Network Alignment

I tried superimposing two networks using cytoMCS but the non-conserved edges did not colour "Red"? As shown here, https://apps.cytoscape.org/media/cytomcs/screenshots/alignment.png

All help is welcome.

Unfortunately, it's not working for me either, and the web site doesn't exist anymore. You might try reaching out to the authors, but I know that Jan Baumbach isn't at Southern Denmark University now.
