Thanks for trying to help, but I already tried google but its very broad and many methods did not work with me I don't know is it because I am trying wrongly or because I need VPN to connect to the university.

That is more than likely the issue. Connect to VPN first and then try ssh your_account_name@server in local Moba terminal.

You almost certainly need a VPN. Still, this is off-topic here. Please talk to your local IT people for help and in the future restrict on bioinformatics-related questions, this is not one of it.
