ftp server usegalaxy filezilla problem

trying to connect with more than one pc/mac/linux but i cannot connect. account is ok and password ok.

the error :

You'll want to post this on the galaxy site. For what it's worth, I was just able to connect, but I got routed to a different server than you (129.114.60.56).
