News: Spatial Transcriptomics course

Dear all,

We are excited to announce our upcoming online course Spatial Transcriptomics with R/Bioconductor, taking place from 9-13 March 2026.

Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/spatial-transcriptomics/

This 5-day course offers a comprehensive introduction to spatial transcriptomics, combining theory and hands-on labs. You will learn to analyze spatial and single-cell omics data using cutting-edge R/Bioconductor tools, exploring gene expression within tissue context, cell niches, and cell–cell interactions.

Designed for researchers and advanced students with basic R skills, the course includes a project design workshop and hackathon to apply what you’ve learned to real datasets.

Best regards,
