News: (Workshop) RNAseq data analysis with R and Bioconductor

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the online course “Introduction to RNA sequencing data analysis with R/Bioconductor” (7th edition), running on 9, 11, 13, 16, 17, and 18 November (3–6 PM Berlin time).

Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/course19/

This course is designed for biologists and bioinformaticians who want to build practical and rigorous skills for analysing high-throughput transcriptomic data. Starting from core statistical concepts, participants will learn how to perform a complete RNA-seq workflow in R using Bioconductor—from data import and visualization to differential expression and gene set analysis.

Topics include hypothesis testing, genomic data handling, RNA-seq processing, differential expression (DESeq2, edgeR, limma/voom), and pathway enrichment analysis.

This course is organized in collaboration with Bioconductor Training and Physalia Courses.
