News: online course: R/Bioconductor for Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce our upcoming online course: R/Bioconductor for Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics

Dates: 17–19 November 2025; Online (live interactive sessions + hands-on practice)

This course introduces participants to the analysis of mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics data using R and Bioconductor. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on tutorials, participants will learn how to:

  • Handle and explore raw MS data in R

    • Work with identification and quantitation data

    • Apply statistical methods to analyze shotgun MS experiments

    • Visualize and interpret proteomics datasets with Bioconductor tools

The course is aimed at proteomics practitioners and data analysts interested in learning R/Bioconductor for MS data analysis. A working knowledge of R is expected, while prior experience with proteomics is helpful but not essential.
