i am a graduate bioinformatics student and interested in masters in bioinformatics i need a motivation letter to apply. kindly can any any one guide me.. thanks in advance

Maybe write about your motivation .... but I think you wouldnt get the job anyway if you have to ask here.

I think you used the word "motivation" even though you mean something else. Perhaps you like to hear some "suggestions" of possible topics to focus on or "guidance" about where to study / what to study?

I would recommend that you have a chat with your colleagues or your lecturers about their opinions what is best for you. They now you best and should be able to help you the most.

At this point of your career you have to learn how to use web search engines effectively to find what you are looking for. For example, you have to use google to look for phrases like:

A good usage of search engines is the key for having success over all the people you are competing with. There are a lot of resource available online to everybody - the point is being good at finding them.

It is perfectly ok to ask for advice here, but if you want to get good answers, you should demonstrate that you are able to do most of it by yourself. For example, you could have posted an example of the motivation letter you are writing, and ask for advice on how to improve it here.
