I have PhD in computer science with long-standing expertise in bioinformatics and genomics data analysis. Experienced in NGS pipelines, transcriptomics, variant calling, and reproducible workflows using Python, R, Snakemake, Perl. Skilled in PHP development and the Drupal/Tripal ecosystem for biological data portals, as well as database design and management (SQL). I help researchers process, analyze, and present complex sequencing and biological datasets efficiently and reproducibly.
