Hi all,

I am a graduate student in Bioinformatics. I am very interested to learn and get some hands-on experience in NGS. I am a novice in this field. Please provide me with some materials(any video link, pdf book or web link, git hub link ) so that I can learn NGS data analysis.

With regard to book, there is Biostar Handbook which is a good start in NGS.
