Does anybody has a new link to download the same?

Most current version of plasmidSPAdes is incorporated into SPAdes distribution since version 3.8. Latest SPAdes version can be downloaded from http://cab.spbu.ru/software/spades/

I think it's now integrated into spades, use -plasmid flag
