Hi, all!
I was asked to download certain sequencing data from ncbi with sra record numbers. But nothing exists for SRA112617; the relating paper PMC4385186 online has not change the record number or special notation.
So, I contected with the author, but no response yet.
Does anyone know what is the condition? where can I download the data?
many thanks!

Looks like that submission was started but never finished: https://trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/DRASearch/submission?acc=SRA112617
I've done that myself before, registered the accession so I had something for the paper, and then completely forgot about it. There's a chance the person you've contacted is asking around, looking for that data.
If the corresponding author doesn't answer for another week or so you can try the editor of Am J Human Genetics, it's their rule for publication that the data be publicly accessible:
Nucleic acid and protein sequences, single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), copy-number variants (CNVs), microarray data, and macromolecular structures determined by X-ray crystallography (along with structure factors) must be deposited in the appropriate public database and must be accessible without restriction from the date of publication.
