I still have no idea which file contains the genotype data of a SNP (eg, sample 1 is AA ; sample 2 is AG, etc). Would you please give me some more hints ? That will save my life! I can see the eqtl graph in GTex portal but I cant export the image.
So, how can I downloadthe eqtl data from GTex portal ?

Hi! First of all, we cannot see the picture. Maybe you want to read this post on how to post figures on Biostars. Then, if the question is how to download the eqtl data from GTEx the answer is: Go to GTEx page, select the dataset you want and download it. While for some datasets you would need to register, maybe for you downloading some of the datasets under the line "Single-Tissue cis-QTL Data" should be enough. This depends on what you exactly need, but should be enough!
