finding a list of genes involved in a pathway?

hello,

how can I take a list of genes involved in angiogenesis in human?

thank you

gene

The guys already mentioned methods how to get the genes associated with a pathway. In addition, if you want to find out more about a pathway in general, you could have a look e.g. at reactome or wikipathways

Since there is a GO term for angiogenesis (GO:0001525), you could just go to http://geneontology.org and retrieve the list of human genes associated with that GO term.

I have having trouble getting the list of genes associated with a GO term into ENSEMBL IDs.

By default it's provided in Uniprot IDs, but these often do not map correctly to ENSEMBL even in the uniprot mapping tool. Does anyone know of a solution for this?
