I know by DIANA tools I can find pathways related to a list of miRNAs

But, how I can find a list of miRNAs involved in a defined pathways or GO term?

Let's see I am interested in miRNAs involved in Angiogenesis, do you know any software please?

DIANA-miRPath shows you now the target genes associated with your enriched term. Maybe try it again with this update
