Hi Medhat, could you change the link to refer to the overview page instead the direct download of an .exe file? There are other 'one-click' solutions like CLC bio etc., too, but I agree sticking to windows will also make you prone to sub optimal one-click results. There was also one post on biostars about a Windows program developed to manipulate fastq files, don't find it right now.

I don't have a software to view entire fastq data. It is about 1 GB. Can anyone recommend a software for my Windows PC?

First you need to know
If you are dealing with NGS data you will have most probable millions of reads. FASTQ is simple text, if you want to take a look into that file use any text editor -as suggested from the comment above which all of it will do the job for you. also no need for manually inspect or edit such huge data.
After saying that you can use NextGen Sequence Workbench it is different from the previously mentioned tools that it gives you more capabilities and nice GUI:
- SFF and FastQ support in one single unified graphic user interface
- Faster and lighter that FastQC Monolithic & portable (requires noinstallation, works under guest/limited accounts)
- Requires no additional add-ons (Java, .Net, etc)
- Supper efficient memory usage.
- Opens any file no matter how large.
- Free

would you please be so kind to respond to one of the many comments and requests for clarification you have gotten previously. It is not easy to talk you through a complex analysis like this without more background.
Based on the past history of posts this user may not be a life scientist. As you wrote in your answer for this original post this whole project sounds mysterious (Seeking Collaborators for project ).
Based on the discussions we have had in the recent past we should close this question until @Elgin provides some clarification (there are enough options mentioned in this post to answer the original question).
