Hi, I am a new user of IGB. Trying to do some basic RNA-seq but falling at first hurdle. Cannot zoom in on any regions. Zoom functions but immediately reverts to the full chromosome view. I can't find reference to this in the user guide. I think I have the default set-up for IGB operation. Wondering if it is a problem with my computer's memory. It is a PC - Windows 7 Enterprise 3.40 GHz processor and 16.0 GB RAM. Any suggestions welcome. As usual with new software, I am probably missing something obvious. Apologies for time-wasting if so.
