Hi, I would like to gather germline mutations of different types of cancer. I am wondering whether these data are publicly available and how I can get them. Thanks, regards. Alessandro

The supplemental tables in this paper have quite a bit of information that may be useful: Patterns and functional implications of rare germline variants across 12 cancer types http://www.nature.com/ncomms/2015/151209/ncomms10086/full/ncomms10086.html

If you download the exac dataset (http://exac.broadinstitute.org/), I think you can also subset out the TCGA-derived normals, which would contain potential germline susceptibility genes.

Thanks, this is exactly what I need. I just hope I can find more similar data publicly available (raw data are also fine).
