I am in need of gene Expression Microarray data. I have searched GEO data base and am yet to find gene expression data that fit my work. I am interested in Gene expression Microarray data for Bladder Cancer with survival and types/forms of Bladder cancer variables.
Is there other publicly available database for Microarray gene expression apart form GEO?

What were the criteria for your advanced search?
((("spotted oligonucleotide"[Platform Technology Type]) OR "in situ oligonucleotide"[Platform Technology Type]) AND cancer) AND bladder AND survival
The query above finds 173 results. Of course they may still not fit your criteria. Omitting "survival" returns > 6000 results.
The other well known alternative to GEO is ArrayExpress. You might try searching there.
