microarray data sets counting
hey guys, i have a doubt which i could not get yet
in a paper i read "108 cotton fiber microarray data sets were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/).Data are available at GEO data (Series GSE36021 and GSE29810). when i went through GSE36021 and GSE29810, i just found 37 samples totally. then 108 come from where????
may someone please save me from this puzzle?
