I am new to gene expression analysis please guide me how to identify DEGs
I am new in the study of data science related to genomics. I have selected GSE1563 dataset (human affymetrix microarray) from GEO database to find out DEGs from the data. I searched for various packages in Bioconductor but unable to understand please guide me how to proceed forward.

As i am new i wanted a boost so that i can fast forward the work, i thought community is well wisher for a new learner but i don't think so by your reply.
