WGS intergenic and intronic mutational calls
Dear All,
I was wondering whether there is a way to get the mutational calls for many samples at the time and many cancer types, mostly point mutations, like TCGA data? It is easy to get their .maf files but they contain mostly the genic mutations.
Thanks for any help on this!
