Germline mutation in cancer
Hello, Is there a database of germline mutations in cancer something like COSMIC for somatic mutations ? I am interested in looking at germline mutations in gene x in different cancers.

You could try https://dcc.icgc.org/projects. Under 'available data type' menu, it has SGV(simple germline variation). Hope it helps.
