To Calculate The Energy From Secondary Structure Dot Bracket Notation Of Rna
Hi Biostar!
I have the secondary structure of RNA in dot bracket notation. so, now with the same dot bracket notation I need to calculate the energy. Could anyone suggest me a tool or server or an algorithm to calculate the free energy from dot bracket notation of RNA?
