I am wondering if I could download the dot-bracket notation rna-secondary structure data for the whole human transcriptome from somewhere. I know there are tools, but they take too long to run even on a modest number of rna sequences. Thus I was wondering if an existing database can point me to a pre-predicted dot-bracket structure for GRCH38 ensembl transcripts.
