Looking For An Rna Folding Algorithm In Java
I am studying at Yıldız Technical University university and my subject is computer engineering. I need only the RNA secondary structure fold about energy minimization. And I need to draw RNA secondary structure with Java Swing İt's about my project I don't know the biological equation about this problem. So, I need only folding algorithm or folding code(only folding). Could anybody help me??? :(
