Drawing Rna Secondary Structure According To Nussinov'S Dynamic Programming
Hi everybody.
I need to draw an example of RNA secondary structure calculated using Nussinov's dynamic programming. I used Nussinov's technique for my graduate project, which I have already finished. So I need only a few drawing example for this technique. İf somebody help me , I'm very satisfied. Thanks now.

I may have misunderstood what you're asking but if you just want to visualise the structure, write it in dot bracket notation and use RNAplot from Vienna.
