How to write well in science, especially in bioinformatics?

Hi all,

I'm looking for resources to improve my scientific writing . would someone introduce some resources for that?

The only thing I would recommend is reading; read, read, and read!!

If you read enough; you would be able to differentiate good writing from bad writing and enhance your scientific writing in bioinformatics in specific.

Check this course on Coursera. Unfortunately, it starts in September 2014.
