non coding RNA derived from 3'-UTR

Hi,

I'm looking resource/ GTF file which shows the non-coding RNAs derived from 3'-UTR of coding RNAs. Would someone help me with this?

I am not sure I understand your question correctly, are you looking for an example file with annotated three_prime_utr as sequence type? Most or All Ensembl GTF and GFF3 files have that feature. Download Examples from Ensembl metazoa ftp server.
