I disagree a bit here. I think that we all need to have a good sense of the sizes and magnitudes because they help us choose the right approaches, provide sanity checks and other estimates. It may not be computing related but it affects computing greatly.

I'm looking to understand, how many percent of human genome are transcribe? How much of transcriptome are protein coding an much are non-coding RNAs ?

In short, 5-10% of the human genome is transcribed and ~2% is protein coding.

Exact number can not be given as this has cell type specificity. For example, there are much more non coding RNA and endogenous retroviral elements are expressed during development and in cancers which occupy much proportion of genome in comparison to that of normal differentiated cell types.
