Where to find terra (telomeric RNA) coordinates?
Hi all,
I was looking for a telomeric RNAs to qualify. I knock out the protein which regulate the non-coding RNAs. We recently hypothesised that may regulate TERRA RNAs (in human). I'm interested to qualify but i couldn't find reference or coordinates for that. So can please anyone tell me where to find or is there any database to extract the information?..

The complete Human Genome has only been sequenced recently, in March 2022. Have you had a look at the data from the T2T consortium? https://github.com/marbl/CHM13
