CNV Analysis and Visualisation

Hi everyone,

I’m new to bioinformatics and would like to visualize my CNV data using Circos. However, I haven’t been able to find any helpful tutorials. If anyone has any tutorial links or suggestions for other tools that can perform CNV analysis, I’d really appreciate it if you could share them.

Check out cnvkit, which has very comprehensive documentation and some pretty sweet snakemake wrappers.
Infos on the general cnv calling pipeline as well as plotting can be found in the cnvkit docs.
