Hi, I’m currently training an algorithm for drug discovery and was wondering if anyone here has used SPOKE from Mate Bio (originally developed at UCSF)? I’ve heard it’s one of the best resources for biomedical data connections, and I’d really appreciate any feedback or references from people who’ve worked with it.
