I am looking to perform eQTL analysis for structural variants (SVs) but have not been able to find suitable software tailored for this type of analysis. Most tools like TensorQTL and FastQTL are designed for SNP-based eQTL analysis.

Is there any software specifically designed for eQTL analysis of structural variants (SVs)? Alternatively, are there any relevant studies or literature that address this topic?

I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance.
