GeneFix AI is designed to combine artificial intelligence with biological research workflows. The goal is to help students, researchers, and developers work more efficiently with genomics and biological data.
Current focus areas include:
- AI-assisted biological sequence analysis
- Research support tools for bioinformatics
- Natural language interaction for scientific workflows
- Open-source experimentation with AI and biology
- Future integration with machine learning pipelines and genomic datasets
Tech stack includes:
- Python
- Hugging Face Spaces
- AI and LLM integrations
- Vercel deployment
Modern web technologies
I would really appreciate feedback on the project, suggestions for new features, open-source collaboration opportunities, and ideas for improving the bioinformatics workflows.
I’m also interested in connecting with people working in computational biology, AI for healthcare, genomics, and open-source scientific software.
Thanks for checking it out. I look forward to learning from the community and continuing to improve GeneFix AI.
