I've been building scicraft — a curated library of 140 life sciences "skills" designed to be injected into AI coding agents (like Claude Code) as domain knowledge. Each skill is a structured Markdown file covering tools like Scanpy, PyDESeq2, AutoDock Vina, RDKit, BioPython, and many more, with runnable code examples, key parameters, troubleshooting tables, and decision frameworks. Skills span genomics, proteomics, structural biology, drug discovery, systems biology, cell biology, and scientific computing. The repo is open source — happy to hear what tools or workflows you'd want to see covered next.
