Subtelomeric coordinates for the human CHM13 T2T genome in BED format
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a BED file containing the subtelomeric coordinates of the human CHM13 T2T genome. I have reviewed the T2T project documentation and available resources but haven’t been able to find a file that specifically defines these subtelomeric regions in BED format.
Does anyone know if a public resource with these coordinates exists? Any suggestions or links would be greatly appreciated.
