Seeking Access to Large-Scale Population Genomics Datasets for VCF Data Analysis

I’m currently working on a large-scale genomics data analysis and need access to population-oriented VCF data from major genome projects. Specifically, I’m trying to download the VCF files from the Wellcome Trust UK10K Genome Project (UK10K Project) and the 100,000 Genomes Project from Genomics England (100,000 Genomes Project). However, I’ve been unable to find FTP links or direct access points for these datasets.

  1. How do I access these databases?
  2. Are there any alternative database projects with publicly available VCF data that are focused on large-scale, population-oriented genome studies?

Any guidance on accessing these datasets would be much appreciated!

I don't think so, there are ethical problems to access such databases.

is it https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/ useful for you?

you can also check out the All of US datasets (https://researchallofus.org/). you do have to request access though.
