have you looked into ncbi database?

Use PubMed to find relevant publications, then check for the data which should be listed in the methods or data availability section. It is really only a matter of effort. There is probably not a single database where you can just pull exactly what you need. After all Diabetes is a loose term, depending on type, celltype, clinical status etc.
