Public Data Set Download

Hi,

I need disease specific genomic data of more than 50 samples. Is there any way to download the data set from genomic databases? I'm looking for Diabetes Type 2 samples and Diabetic kidney disease samples. Can anyone help me out? I'm new to genomics. If it is VCF file it would be really great. Can you please send me the URL?

Real patient data is no so easy to get, check EGA and dbGaP for projects which you can apply for access.
