Dear all,

I am studying a complex symbiotic system with one cell (200µm) farming a few (30 to100) little cells (5µm). I am trying to produce transcriptomic data for this.

I want to know if its possible to use SMART-seq2 protocol for an enrichment of the "little" cells (5µm) that are within the host cell. I don't know if there is a limitation of using this kit for a very few amount of cells rather than using it for one single cell (most of the time big cells of mammalians).

What do you think about this?
