Chromatin extraction protocol from 3D spheroid cells

Hi.. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a protocol to extract chromatin from 3D spheroid cells. I have glioblastoma patient derived (GBM) cell line that turns into spheroid and I want to extract chromatin for ChIP-seq. I know the general protocol for chromatin extraction from adherent cells but I would like to know if there is a specific protocol to deal with spheroid cells. Any suggestions?
