Which database should I get variant data from WGS for Asian and AA populations
Dear reader!
I am an postgraduate student working on a project for which I would need variation data from WGS. I need to collect vcf data for wgs of three populations.I have collected vcf data for caucasian,but I can't find any data on Asia and AA population.
I was wondering whether anyone could direct/advise me on where to find what I am looking for.

I am not sure this is the answer that you are asking for. You can get GWAS summary statistics data from several biobanks in ASIA ( for example, BBJ and Taiwan biobanks). You can download some of them freely but sometimes u may need to request to access them. However, it is pretty difficult to get access to individual level WGS data. You have to contact directly to the institutions or consortiums.
