Transcripts Flag

Dears, Could you help me to understand the difference between the following tags of transcripts in Ensemble, please ? and which one of them would be used to design primers of qRT-PCR? I tried to understand them through this link: https://m.ensembl.org/info/genome/genebuild/transcript_quality_tags.html But couldn't understand the difference.

If you are simply looking for the best representative then using one marked Ensembl canonical would be your best bet.
