Minor allele frequencies of 23andme snps
Hello: newbie here. I was looking to find out the minor allele frequencies of all of the snps with rsids in 23andme v5 . Since I’m not that familiar with bioinformatics in general, was wondering if this has already been done by someone before and if so can the link for this data be provided? Thank you.
