Which SNP database for Chinese Han SNP frequency?
Hi,
Sorry for asking this possible naive question. I am new in bioinformatics and am looking for the snp frequencies among Chinese population.
I have found quite a few databases, I was wondering if someone could kindly tell me which is the mainstream database:
dbSNP
HGDP-CEPH Human Genome Diversity Cell Line Panel
the 1000 Genomes Project(which include Hapmap project?)
ALlele FREquency Database
HUGO Pan Asian SNP database
