Salmon code for linux for loading a file onto the docker
Hello, I am currently doing bioinformatics analysis for the first time so I was wondering if someone could tell me the code for running a salmon program and opening it on docker after I have already done the quality check of the file.

What do you mean by "opening it on docker"? Please explain the problem. Are you familiar with Docker so far, so how it works and how to deal with it on the command line?
