Hello All, I am currently working on GWAS data and successfully ran GATK pipeline and obtained preliminary results. In the meantime, I have received sequencing data from RNASeq of same species and I was wondering if we can use these data generated from different platform in doing population genetics analysis. Is there a way? What precaution we should consider for running such experiments.
