How to interpret "Allele Frequency Rank"?
Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me interpret the Allele Frequency Rank of the hotspots_v2 file from the following website:
https://www.cancerhotspots.org/#/download
What I figured out so far, is that the numbers before the bar represent the amount of numbers that come afterward. Is it safe to assume that the numbers after the bar are the frequencies calculated from different populations?
